Vendor needs to provide decentralized federated learning and real–time data assurance solution.– Operationalize AI and ML capabilities across geographically dispersed tactical edge nodes such as ships, submarines, and shore stations operating in bandwidth–constrained, contested environments.– Requires a decentralized federated learning framework deployed on small form factor appliances that enables edge nodes to train AI models locally on organic sensor feeds and only transmit lightweight model outputs and data updates back to the cloud enterprise for aggregation, transformation, fusion and dissemination.– Platform must embed an AI–driven data quality and anomaly detection layer at the edge to autonomously identify, flag, and remediate signal dropout, telemetry drift, and corrupted feeds before corrupted data can degrade downstream model performance.– Solution will ensure continuous, trustworthy AI maturation across the ecosystem while minimizing tactical bandwidth utilization and maintaining strict operational security.
