(1) Vendor needs to provide small number, mortality, population, GIS or systems of care epidemiological epidemiologist, evaluator or biostatistician services to the government authority located in Jackson, MS.• These projects may include, but are not limited to, small number analysis, mortality studies, population health assessments, geographic information systems (GIS) mapping, and systems of care evaluations.1. Small number analysis:– Conduct statistical analysis on datasets with small numbers to ensure accurate and reliable results.– Apply appropriate statistical methods to address issues related to small sample sizes.2. Geographic information systems (GIS) mapping:– Create and analyze GIS maps to visualize health data geographically.– Utilize GIS software such as ArcGIS or QGIS.– Ensure compliance with GIS standards from the environmental systems research institute (ESRI).3. Population health assessments:– Conduct comprehensive assessments of population health using various data sources.– Identify health disparities and determinants of health within the population.4. Systems of care:– Evaluate the effectiveness of systems of care in addressing public health issues.5. Data collection and management:– Collect, clean and manage data from various sources, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.– Utilize secure data management systems compliant with health insurance portability and accountability act regulations.(2) All question must be submitted no later than June 12, 2026.(3) A contract period will be for one year.
