Description
The County of Volusia is seeking the services of a professional engineering consultant to assist with developing a master plan for three (3) septic tank retrofit project areas as well as a complete design package for the first retrofit project area. The master plan will address the phase out of approximately 2,300 septic systems in the Gemini Springs Priority Focus Area located in Debary, Florida. Additionally, the selected consultant would provide a complete design package for the first retrofit project area consisting of the conversion of approximately 750 septic systems to advanced wastewater treatment. The design for the first retrofit project area would include survey, geotechnical investigation, permitting, preliminary engineering, final design, bidding, and construction administration services.
