EXTRA-74656 - USA (San Diego, California) - Employment Assistance Program Services - Deadline September 11,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide employment assistance program services to the government authority located in San Diego, CA.– It is understood and agreed that the employment assistance program service provider is an independent contractor with respect to all services being performed pursuant to this service agreement.– Provider shall include, but not be limited to social workers, licensed professional counsellors, marriage and family therapists, master’s level psychiatric nurses and psychologists.– Provider is responsible for referring an employee to appropriate community resources for ongoing treatment if they determine that the employee’s problem is beyond the therapist.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 24, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for five years.
