CLEANING-13198 - USA (Cheyenne, Wyoming) - Janitorial Maintenance Service - Deadline August 26,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide janitorial maintenance service to the government authority located in Cheyenne, WY. – Remove and dispose of all trash, litter, debris, cigarette butts etc. and weeds inside the rest area boundaries, along the road leading to the rest area, inside the parking area and along the foot path. – Empty, disinfect and clean all litter barrels as required when they are 3/4 full to maintain each barrel in a usable condition as a trash receptacle. – Maintain, operate, and make minor repairs to the water, irrigation, heating and plumbing systems as needed or as directed by the Project Representative.(2) Pre–bid meeting will be held on August 12, 2026.
