The intent of this bid is to solicit competitive bid prices to provided to the Jersey City Board of Education, Foods Services Kitchen Equipment as specified. Items for Bid: All equipment shall be brand new, never used. The Jersey City Board of Education will not accept prices on any refurbished, re-conditioned or used equipment. Award of Contract: The Board of Education intends to award the contract to the lowest, responsible bidder, in whole or in part. Delivery: Freight, Spotted Delivery, Uncrating and removal of debris at locations in Jersey City, New Jersey is required.
