Description
Appel d'offres en vue de désigner une entreprise chargée de la réalisation du lot cuisine professionnelle (CFC 358) du projet de construction de l'EMS de La Coulaz à Payerne (VD). Le marché comprend la fourniture, la pose, le raccordement terminal et la mise en service des appareils thermiques, des agencements inox sur mesure, des machines de préparation, de l'installation de laverie et de traitement des déchets, des dispositifs mobiles et des installations frigorifiques. Il comprend également les appareils sanitaires spéciaux de cuisine ainsi que la menuiserie associée. Le froid commercial et la chambre froide (246) font partie de l'offre et sont décrits dans une annexe séparée dont le montant est reporté au récapitulatif. Sont comprises les prestations accessoires, les installations de chantier, les essais, mises en service, échantillons et travaux en régie, conformément aux prescriptions CAN et aux normes SIA applicables.
