(1) Vendor needs to provide maintenance, support and licensing for employee screening equipment supply to the government authority located in Portland, OR.• Provider shall furnish Hardware & Software Maintenance, Support, and Licensing for two Rohde & Schwarz QPS Walk2000 walk–through security screening systems.• 1 Equipment Covered– Maintenance and support for Rohde & Schwarz QPS/QPW security screening systems.2 Hardware Maintenance– Provide scheduled and corrective maintenance, including inspections, calibration,troubleshooting, repairs, and replacement of necessary parts to ensure reliable systemoperation.3 Software Maintenance & Licensing– Deliver all required software and firmware updates, security patches, and licensing tomaintain compliant and secure operation. Ensure system software is current and meetsregulatory standards.4 Technical Support– Offer remote and on–site support with defined response times for urgent issues. Providediagnostics, resolution, and operational guidance.5 Compliance & Documentation– Maintain and supply service records, update logs, and compliance documentation.Adhere to all relevant security, export, and certification requirements.(2) The contract period will be for one year.
