(1) Vendor needs to provide operational technology asset discovery and vulnerability scanning software. • Implementation, and ongoing support and maintenance of an operational technology asset discovery and vulnerability scanning software.• Solution should be able to detect newly added or removed devices and surface vulnerabilities through safe, non–intrusive scanning• User interfaces should access clear, intuitive dashboards and reports that support efficient troubleshooting, audit readiness, and informed decision–making.• System should automatically discover all IP–addressable devices on OT, ICS, and supporting IT networks. • System should support an approval workflow for newly discovered assets• System should provide a centralized dashboard that can segment different domains• Tool must operate fully offline with no dependency on cloud services, external APIs, or internet connectivity.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than Oct 23, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for three years.
