Description
Hampton Roads Transit (HRT) is seeking to identify Consulting Firms with the capacity to design and deliver customized, customer services, social skills training programs for newly hired and veteran transportation and maintenance employees. This RFI is issued solely for the purpose of providing information to HRT. Should HRT ultimately choose to procure customer service training services, a standard competitive procurement procedure will be utilized. RFI packages are available electronically and may only be downloaded by registering for the documents via the Procurement page of HRT’s website, http://www.gohrt.com/about/procurement/open-solicitations/. RFI packages are not available via the eVA website. HRT will not provide printed RFI packages but will allow viewing of the solicitation documents at HRT offices by appointment. CDs are also available for $25 per copy, payable by certified checks or money orders only.
