TRANSLATION-8292 - USA (Maryland) - Written Translation Services - Deadline August 31,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide written translation services.• Providing written translation services for curricular materials in French, Spanish, and Mandarin Chinese, normally from English for grades K–12.• Respondents are expected to be able to translate a variety of curriculum–related material into French, Spanish, and Mandarin Chinese.  • Provided from multiple formats (ie: google docs, Microsoft Word, or PDF) and will be required to be translated within the timeframe required by the school district.• Respondents shall have the ability to reproduce an exact replicate of the original English source document into all three foreign languages (French, Spanish, and Chinese Mandarin). • The vocabulary used in the translated documents shall be age and grade level appropriate for classroom instruction.  (2) All questions must be submitted no later than August 12, 2026.(3) A pre–bid meeting will be held on August 6, 2026.
