HR-9414 - USA (New Jersey) - Payroll and Health Benefit Services - INFO ONLY, RFP NOT INCLUDED - Deadline October 29,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide payroll and health benefit services to the government authority located in New Jersey.– Regular Pay:Employees will be paid on the 14th and the 28th of each month as per the employee contract. If either day falls on a weekend or school holiday, the pay date shall be the last working day before the weekend or holiday– Substitutes and Hourly Paid Employees:All daily– and hourly–paid individuals will receive pay for the time worked, based on the annual schedule developed by the business office– Overtime Payments: – Custodial and Maintenance, Secretarial– Payroll DeductionsThe Board of Education shall, in accordance with law or employee authorization, deduct amounts from an employee's paycheck and remit them to the agent designated by the employee– Extra Pay as per Contract (Emergency, Detention, Intramural, etc.)– Keep proper books of original entry, including the Payroll Register, the Check Register, and the Deduction Register; keep monthly time sheets on file– Unemployment Claims– complete and return notices: Pay rate, last day, Quarterly earnings, hearings, etc.)– Family Leave Insurance Claims– verify weekly wages and date of leave– Identify any errors or non–enrolled employees– Process enrollments and transfers for these employees– Provide best practices to district staff for ongoing pension management
