(1) Vendor needs to provide way to go vanpool services to the government authority located in Denver, CO. – Operate vanpool programs. • Objective is to continue outsourcing agency vanpool services to an independent contractor who can perform all the following tasks:– Furnish all vehicles.– Repair and maintain all vehicles.– Insure all vehicles.– Fleet administration.– Customer service to vanpool program participants.– Fare collection.– All National Transit Database (NTD) reporting.• Serve as the primary point of contact for all vanpooler customer service needs, including facilitating the resolution of any vanpool group conflicts and investigating and resolving complaints regarding vehicle or driver safety.• Coordinate marketing and outreach efforts with agency’s Way to Go outreach staff and the outreach staff of several transportation management associations in the agency.• Provide as support documentation with each monthly invoice a list of all active vanpools that includes the origin and destination of the vanpool, the daily round trip miles, number of commute days per month, the percentage of commute miles within agency boundaries, and the primary driver’s name. • Provide a monthly fleet activity report summarizing the number of vanpool starts, vanpool terminations, total number of vans in service, total number of active riders, total seating capacity of the active fleet, and capacity utilization as a percentage of total seating capacity. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 3, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for one year.
