(1) Vendor needs to provide legal services to prediction markets, gaming relations, and state tribal compacts to the government authority located in Connecticut.(a) Provide legal advice on the interplay between federal statutes, regulations and policies regarding prediction markets and commodity exchanges with statutes, regulations, and tribal compacts;(b) Provide legal advice on exclusivity of existing tribal compacts and potential impacts of prediction markets and commodity exchanges on ability to comply with tribal compact obligations;(c) Evaluate whether the tribes could operate their own commodity exchange and offer prediction market platforms on said exchange;(d) Evaluate and advise on any potential policy, regulatory, or statutory changes to federal law related to prediction markets and commodities regulation;(e) Provide legal advice on licensed gaming operators and compliance with for their out–of–state activities involving prediction markets.(2) All question must be submitted no later than September 4, 2026.
