ASM-2546 - USA (Minnesota) - Multifamily Compliance and Asset Management Guide Consulting Services - Deadline June 30,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide multifamily compliance and asset management guide consulting services to the government authority located in Minnesota. • Develop a combined Compliance and Asset Management Guide for use by owners, borrowers and management agents• Product will contain compliance, monitoring and asset management requirements, procedures and guidance including how to comply with and report on housing’s affordable housing programs.• Includes the low–income housing tax credit, tax–exempt bonds, home investment partnership act program and national housing trust funds (NHTF) and capital financing programs• Assist the Project Team in drafting communication to solicit stakeholder comments. • Organize, host and facilitate at least one virtual feedback session with Housing staff. • Organize, host and facilitate at least one virtual feedback session with external stakeholders identified by the Project Team. • Provide a written, comprehensive list of comments and recommendations gathered from the feedback sessions to the Project Team. • Assist the Project Team in drafting external communication to announce the release of the Guide. • Document and share best practices compiled during the review in writing with the Project Team.  • Provide a written, comprehensive list of recommendations for items that should be included in the finished Guide.
