Vendor needs to provide website design, development, hosting and migration, implementation services using content management system.– Perform a visual refresh of the website.– Website is composed of hundreds of pages that offer information for the public, mostlyin text, images, and a small handful of video content.– Hosts the self–service system web application to handle applicant and employer registrations, benefit requests, and tax collections.– Develop mock–up wireframes for the following page types that meet applicable branding and accessibility requirements.– Display a mix of text, photos, tables, and graphics.– Meet State branding requirements.– Design token definitions: colors, typography scale, spacing, border radius, shadow.– Brand alignment sign–off from team.– Transition all existing webpages into the new wireframe design selected by leadership.– Fully responsive, mobile–first website design that automatically adapts to all standard viewport sizes, from small smartphones (320px) to large desktop monitors (1440px and above). – Design must provide an optimal viewing and interaction experience across devices, including smartphones, tablets, laptops, and desktop computers, with consistent functionality, readability, navigation, and accessibility.– Browser compatibility: Chrome, Edge, Firefox (latest 2 versions); Safari (latest 2 versions on macOS and iOS); Edge on Windows.– Automated accessibility testing on all templates with reports of test results and any findings and concerns, with all items remediated.
