NET-17604 - USA (Bryan, Texas) - E-Rate Application Internal Connections Service - Deadline January 6,2027

(1) Vendor needs to provide E–rate application internal connections service to the government authority located in Bryan, TX.• Agency soliciting competitive, sealed proposals to obtain category–two–eligible internal connections for the district• internal connectivity equipment consisting of cloud–managed network equipment with a minimum of 5 years of device licensing or equivalent subscription/agreement model.• Requirements Due to E–Rate Funding1. Services are being sought in conjunction with Schools & Libraries E–Rate funding.2. All services are for the timeframe that coincides with E–Rate calendar (April 1, 2027 through September 30th 2028 forCategory 2.)3. Bryan ISD reserves the right to base purchases on availability of E–Rate and local district funding.4. Proposers must meet the vendor qualifications of the E–Rate program and comply with all State of Texas purchasinglaws and regulations.6. Proposers must agree to comply with all E–Rate payment processing rules.7. All bids must be in accordance with the Lowest Corresponding Price Rule.8. Proposers should separate the cost of eligible services/products from non–eligible services/products and clearly indicatethis separation on the proposal.(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 18, 2026.
