EXTRA-74122 - USA (Petoskey, Michigan) - Non-Motorized Transportation Plan Service - Deadline September 1,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide non–motorized transportation plan service to the government authority located in Petoskey, MI.– Project is to develop a detailed plan that includes the assessment of current transportation networks, property inventories, community engagement, and the identification of priority areas for new bikeways, pedestrian improvements, and micro mobility accommodations.– The planning services must include best practices tailored for a four–season community with high tourist activity and account for the needs of all users, including pedestrians, cyclists, and those with mobility challenges.– Provide a detailed project management and implementation plan. This plan should outline key milestones, staffing, and resource allocation. It should also include:• A proposed timeline for delivering key elements of the infrastructure plan.• Details on public engagement, coordination with City departments, and any necessary data collection.• A description of staffing, testing schedules, verification processes, documentation, and training required to complete the project successfully.(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 21, 2026.
