(1) Vendor needs to provide website design, development, hosting and maintenance service using WordPress CMS.– Developing and maintaining the website, plug–ins and integrations.– Moving the site to a platform that can be accessed by District staff– Working with site hosting service provider Exact Hosting as necessary for seamless operations.– Supporting future enhancements and security updates of the website’s core, themes and plug–ins.– Providing bug fixes and other troubleshooting in a timely manner.– Providing support for optimization and performance to ensure responsiveness, availability and load times.– Working with District to advise on site strategy and updates and recommending best practices for upgrades and enhancements.– Making development and design time available for website feature updates on an as–needed basis.– Creating or adding new features, as requested, in a mutually agreeable timeframe.– Ensuring Google Analytics integration and basic search engine optimization metadata.(2) All question must be submitted no later than October 9, 2026.
