(1) Vendor needs to provide marketing, venue development, event recruitment, and brand coordination services. – Provide comprehensive marketing, venue development, event recruitment, brand coordination, and business development services.– A strategic marketing and venue development partner capable of increasing event attendance, enhancing venue visibility, attracting new promoters and event producers, expanding sponsorship opportunities, increasing utilization of all venue assets, and supporting the long–term growth of the facility.– Support and amplify the marketing efforts of event promoters, producers, tenants, and event organizers.– Strategic marketing and venue development consulting.– Venue marketing coordination and brand management.– Branding and creative services.– Media planning and analytics.– Graphic design and creative support.– Promoter attraction and event recruitment.– Search engine optimization recommendations.– Social media content planning and scheduling.– Social media platforms.– Digital marketing.        – Digital signage.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 07, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year.           (4) A non–mandatory pre–proposal meeting will be held on July 29, 2026.
