ESTATE-12178 - USA (New Jersey) - Appraisal and Valuation Consultants Service - Deadline October 6,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide appraisal and valuation consultants service to the government authority located in New Jersey. – Provide identify and create an inventory, including historical costing, valuation and replacement costing of all city fixed assets covering:• Land and Land Improvements.• Building and Building Improvements.• (IT) Technology Equipment.• Improvements other than Buildings (not including Infrastructure).• Equipment.– Survey and verify the City’s fixed assets within the applicable capitalization threshold.– Create a fixed asset master file and subsidiary ledger structure that can be used by the City in existing financial systems.– Provide records detailed enough for auditors to verify existence, ownership, acquisition cost and date, source, location, use, condition, classification, department responsibility, and disposition or transfer history.– Develop practical recommendations for quarterly reconciliations, annual physical inventory verification, department training, and policy or form updates using the City’s existing procedures and systems.(2) The contract period will be for two years. (3) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 29, 2026.
