Request for Qualifications & Proposals for Zoning Code Update for the City of Isleton

The City of Isleton is soliciting for qualifications from qualified consulting firms to develop a Draft Zoning Code Update for the City of Isleton. This statement of qualifications is to provide a background of the consultant’s experience with preparing Zoning Code updates for a similar sized communities and to provide information on your firm’s history and ability to provide a Zoning Code Update The City of Isleton is a small city (approximately 250 acres) with an estimated 2022 population of 780, 222 single-family homes, 109 multifamily units, and 56 mobile homes (California Department of Finance [DOF] 2022) (see Figure 1). The City is currently conducting a comprehensive update to the General Plan and wishes to include an update of the Zoning Code to be included as a total package.
