EXTRA-70878 - USA (Little Rock, Arkansas) - Online Auction Services - Deadline July 7,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide online auction services to the government authority located in Little Rock, AR.– Liquidate and dispose of Government Surplus Property through a full service online auction platform.– Responsible for performing the following functions:1. Tag & Photograph County assets and lot numbers offered for auction.2. Upload photographs, videos, and other relevant media of assets to the online auction platform.3. Enter and maintain accurate descriptions and asset information on the online auction platform.4. Coordinate with County to mutually establish and manage auction dates and times.5. Set minimum opening bid amounts with County's approval.6. Configure bid increment requirements.7. Establish and manage reserve prices with County's approval.8. Restrict or suspend defaulting bidders from participating in County auctions.9. Process requests for credits or fee adjustments when a winning bidder fails to complete payment.10. Place assets on hold and maintain them for future auction events as directed by the County.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than June 24, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for three years.
