Employment and Labor Legal Services

This contract is to retain Employment and Labor Legal Counsel well-experienced and qualified to advise the company regarding the full range of legal issues experienced in the past. Employment and Labor Legal Counsel will work with the Director of Human Resources, Labor Relations, Chief Executive Officer and designated staff on assigned matters. The Contractor shall periodically coordinate with corporate General Counsel on matters where there is overlap to assure the company and its management receive the best available information and advice. BFT’s intent is to award contracts to more than one firm for labor and employment legal services. BFT reserves the right to enter into other contracts for legal services as needed.
