(1) Vendor needs to provide access alumni outreach, engagement and english access scholarship service to the government authority located in Washington, DC. – The 12–months program re–engages graduates through sustained activities that strengthen english, expand knowledge of history, culture, and freedom 250 themes, and build professional networks across five cities.– English access scholarship program many talented secondary school students in area have limited access to high–quality english language instruction, extracurricular learning opportunities, and exposure to international educational and cultural resources. – English access scholarship program increase participants’ english language skills, capacity to contribute to the economic growth of their communities and increase their knowledge on educational and exchange opportunities and leadership in key sectors.    (2) The contract period will be for one year.
