(1) Vendor needs to provide fire annual audit services for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2026, with the option to audit the Town’s financial statements for each of the subsequent four fiscal years thereafter to the government authority located in Larimer, CO.1 Fiscal Year:– The Town fiscal year begins on January 1 and ends on December 31.2 Funds:– The Town reports the following major governmental funds:– General Fund– Capital Improvement Fund (a capital projects fund)– Capital Expansion Fund (a special revenue fund primarily funded by impact fees)– Community Center Fund (a special revenue fund funded by a 1.25% sales and use tax effective January 1, 2026)(2) All question must be submitted no later than July 22, 2026.
