(1) Vendor needs to provide public health emergency preparedness exercise deve services to the government authority located in Minnesota.– Develop, design, and support implementation of public health emergency preparedness exercises and exercise materials that align with public health emergency preparedness requirements, statewide preparedness priorities, and local and tribal public health needs.– Responsible for full–lifecycle development, lead facilitation, simulation cell (SIMCELL) direction, participant evaluation, and post–exercise reporting.– Audience: Up to 250 participants representing agency staff, Local Public Health (LPH) agencies, Tribal Health departments, and Regional Healthcare Coalitions (HCCs).(2) All questions must be submitted no later than October 28, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year.
