DRA-11390 - USA (Corpus Christi, Texas) - Environmental Surveys Service - Deadline September 10,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide environmental surveys service to the government authority located in Corpus Christi, TX. – Consultant will research and identify alternative properties that could meet the overall project purpose and need. Consultant will develop a preliminary list and table that briefly describes the identified alternatives, including a no–action alternative. – Consultant will analyze readily available desktop data including, but not limited to, available hydrographic surveys, available soils data, TCEQ data, historical tide data, cultural and historical resources, Tribal review, hazardous wastes and contamination, greenhouse gas emissions, any available permits, and information provided.– Aquatic survey and wetland assessment.– Alternatives analysis assessment and report.– Further analyze identified alternatives.– Prepare draft alternatives analysis.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 09, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for two years. (4) Pre–proposal meeting will be held on September 03, 2026.
