(1) Vendor needs to provide neighborhood equity and stabilization business support services.• Deliver efficient, high–quality small business support programs and services across neighborhoods with established business corridors in specified census tracts that reside in low–moderate income areas.• Integrated business technical assistance and mentoring alongside targeted corridor promotion strategies that support commercial revitalization and small business development• Assistance may include specialized or non–routine business services such as capital readiness, business planning, marketing strategy, digital commerce, procurement readiness, and other capacity–building activities.• Corridor promotion may include coordinated branding, merchant collaboration, digital business directories, wayfinding, and promotional campaigns designed to increase visibility, customer traffic, and business sustainability within eligible commercial corridors.• One–on–one mentoring to help businesses apply marketing and visibility strategies• Technical Assistance linked promotional efforts that strengthen corridor identity and support low–and moderate–income business owners(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 18, 2026(3) The contract period will be for one year.
