(1) Vendor needs to provide long–term resource support services to the government authority located in Augusta, ME.1. Recruitment:– Responding to recruitment requests made by the department by advertising, screening, interviewing, and all other standard aspects of recruitment for finding and attracting the potential resource necessary to meet the department’s long–term resource needs. 2. Pre–engagement requirements:– Facilitate long–term engagement offers to the selected candidate.– Finalize the resource’s hourly rate, mark–up rate, and billable rate with the department.3. Engagement requirements:– Identifying the resource as an independent contractor or employee.– Performing general HR/payroll record keeping requirements as required by law for HR/payroll services.4. Termination and resignation from engagement requirements:– Coordinate and facilitate meetings with the department and the resource when performance concerns rise to the level of a potential decision to end a resource’s assignment on an engagement.(2) All question must be submitted no later than October 01, 2026.(3) A contract period will be for one year.
