(1) Vendor needs to provide primary care facility service to the government authority located in Georgetown, KY.• Primary care medical services will be at the cost of the agency and free to employees, utilizing a membership–based concept• Nurse Practitioners and Physicians’ Assistants who work in conjunction with and are supervised by licensed medical doctors are acceptable as supplementary staff.• provide free covered medical services, free covered labs, and free covered generic medications to the City’s employee health plan members according to the agreed–upon member services fees with the City.• Telehealth services must be provided as an option to members(2) The contract period will be for one year.
