(1) Vendor needs to provide community solar subscription service to the government authority located in Evanston, IL.– The agency is seeking to enroll the following accounts in a community solar subscription to realize electricity cost savings and contribute to the community’s renewable electricity goals.– A sample electricity bill and annual electricity spend will be provided to pre–proposal meeting attendees so that proposers can estimate cost savings.(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) Mandatory Pre–bid meeting will be held on August 26, 2026.
