(1) Vendor needs to provide civil engineering services to the government authority located in Huntsville, TX.– Remove unstable asphalt pavement and resurface with asphalt pavement of to provide a safe, optimal access for recreators to lake recreation area and through access between two moderate traffic collector roads. – Additionally, remove and replace 4 culverts.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 20, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year. (4) Mandatory pre–bid site visit will be held on October 15, 2026.
