Description
The scope of work for this RFP is to deliver an "Out of the Box" Constituent Case Management system which can be implemented with minimal customization that meets both the existing and future needs of the County Board of Supervisors (BOS). This includes ongoing support and maintenance for the solution if hosted, as well as implementation services during design, development, configuration, deployment, and stabilization phases. All pricing must be proposed using County document Appendix I – Pricing. The County seeks a fixed price contract. It is the expectation of the County that the proposed pricing will be highly competitive.
