Naval Special Warfare Command (NSWC) is seeking sources to provide general role player support services to assist with realistic military training exercises.The Contractor shall provide the personnel, management, and basic safety coordination necessary to support scheduled and unscheduled exercises. At a high level, role players must be able to:Participate in realistic training scenariosAdapt to varying training schedules, which can include up to 12–hour shifts, nights, and weekends.Follow training scripts and safety instructions provided by military personnel.The Contractor must be capable of recruiting and providing various types of role players, such as:General scenario role players (no clearance or special skills required).Role players with specific foreign language skills.Opposing forces (OPFOR) with tactical backgrounds.Specialized actors (such as medical/amputee role players or weapons experts).The Contractor must be capable of providing support at these mutliple geographical locations.THIS SOURCES SOUGHT IS FOR INFORMATIONAL AND MARKET RESEARCH PURPOSES ONLY.
