QUALITY-3014 - USA (Santa Barbara, California) - Raw Water Quality Study Service - Deadline October 1,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide raw water quality study service to the government authority located in Santa Barbara, CA. – Conduct a raw water quality study to develop a comprehensive understanding of the source water entering the desal plant and how water quality varies over time. • Operations review and monitoring plan development:– Reviewing the Desal Plant intake configuration, available historical raw water quality data, existing contract water quality parameters, and current raw water quality monitoring procedures to establish an understanding of existing conditions and monitoring practices.– Recommend appropriate sampling and monitoring frequency, including criteria for increased monitoring during significant or anomalous water quality events.• Construction and testing:– Supporting the installation and testing of monitoring equipment and instrumentation, which includes supplying detailed installation plans, equipment lists and cost estimates, and designing and directing such installation, with agency providing labor support.– Verifying the initial data aligns with the monitoring plan, recommending modifications• Data collection and report development:– Compiling, reviewing and publishing the data collected over the course of the Study Period.– Participate in operational meetings to understand the correlation between seawater quality and plant performance.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 24, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for two years.
