Vendor needs to provide domestic datalink services market survey to the government authority located in Washington, DC. – The survey focuses on operational network services and associated monitoring, referred to as Data Communications Network Service.– To providing Controller to Pilot Data Link Communication services for airports and en route airspace after the Data Communication Integrated Services.• Provide excellent, reliable, end–to–end performance of agency through direct engagement with accountable providers, • Receive accurate and timely insight into the status of all agency messages and the state of the network transporting them, • Obtain services that are affordable and realize price efficiencies over time, • Enable the introduction of new technologies in a seamless, non–disruptive, cost–effective manner• Facilitate a transition that minimizes technical and operational risk.
