TRANSPORT-12128 - USA (Arizona) - Specialized Transportation Services - Deadline October 29,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide specialized transportation services for educational organization to the government authority located in Arizona.– Contract will be consistent with furnishing air–conditioned vehicle transportation as required by the District for students to and from school operated by the District, and to and from other points as directed.– District will specify the transportation to be furnished by means of the vehicles, including such parameters as times and sites (first pick–up/last drop–off).– The District reserves the right to change school hours, adjust starting times, increase or decrease services, and make periodic increases and decreases in the number and types of vehicles required.– Minimum of 2 channels for video input in vehicles. (Please include your camera positions for use in most common vehicle (i.e., full–size van, mini–van, sedan, etc.).– Minimum rate of 5FPS/Camera.– Minimum 1 channel of digitally recorded and synchronized audio – The driver is to be primarily reporting agent only, and is not to perform physical acts of discipline.– Student behaviour problems that develop in the vehicle will be handled by the drivers and reported to their supervisor– The principals at the home schools will work with the Contractor to resolve persistent and unusual behaviour problems.(2) All question must be submitted no later than October 22, 2026.(3) Contract period will be for one year.
