(1) Vendor needs to provide web–based english language proficiency assessment solution for multilingual learners.– Web–based formative and benchmark English Language Proficiency Assessment Solution for Multilingual Learners (the “Solution”) to supplement the district’s existing Curriculum Associates Elevation Platform. – The Solution is intended to support ongoing assessment of student English language proficiency, progress monitoring, and instructional decision–making and is not intended to replace the State required summative English language proficiency assessment.– Support assessment in Listening, Speaking, Reading, and Writing;– Support students in grades K–12 across a range of English proficiency levels, including Newcomers and beginning English learners;– Support measurement of student English language proficiency and/or growth over time;– Provide appropriate accommodations and accessibility supports;(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 1, 2026.
