(1) Vendor needs to provide janitorial service to the government authority located in Boaz, AL. – Service to be performed on Tuesdays and Thursdays between the hours of 8:00 am to 12:00 pm.1. Empty all general trash and replace liners in offices, conference room areas, restrooms, and lab. Do not empty the large gray/black trash cans in lab.2. Clean, sanitize, and polish all sinks, countertops, toilets, and urinals in three restrooms.3. Clean and polish all glass, mirrors, and chrome in three restrooms.4. Clean and sanitize all soap, tissue, and paper towel dispensers in three restrooms. Clean behind and around commodes.5. Refill soap, tissue, and paper towel dispensers in three restrooms. 6. Dust all front of lockers in two restrooms.7. Spot clean all doors in three restrooms.8. Spot clean walls, door handles, and light switches in three restrooms.9. Sweep and mop all hard surface/tile floors. Lab area included. Clean/wipeout mop station tub and drain in the laundry area.10. Vacuum all mats – inside and outside.(2) Mandatory pre–bid site visit will be held on September 1, 2026.
