Vendor needs to provide workshop facilitator for customer and hr training service to the government authority located in St. Thomas, VI.– For a partnership with a training facilitator to create, design, and facilitate Customer Service and Human Resources training on a one–time basis to facilitate the Division of Personnel employee appreciation and training.– Using hands–on activities, the facilitator will train participants on:• Learn the do’s and don’ts of communicating• Handle interactions effectively and efficiently with customers and coworkers• Manage and strengthen approaches• Strengthen emotional intelligence and conflict–management capacity• Knowledge of the agency workforce and trends• The importance of values, goals, and performance in an organizational culture
