(1) Vendor needs to provide solid waste used tire management services to the government authority located in Laredo, TX.– Provide comprehensive services for the collection, transportation, processing, and beneficial reuse or disposal of used tires generated within city operations and associated programs.– Provide containers, trailers, or staging equipment as needed at designated city facilities.– Recycling into manufactured products.– Coordinate scheduled and on–call pickups.– Landfilling or disposal is strongly discouraged and must be justified.– Provide monthly and annual reports including: Total tons collected, Tons transported, Tons by end–use category.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than October 26,2026.(3) The contract period will be for three years.
