(1) Vendor needs to provide employee benefits brokerage services to the government authority located in Florida.– Serve as the designated insurance broker of record for the Employee Benefits Program. Advise and negotiate employee benefit plan– Audit and monitor resulting contracts for coverage accuracy, terms, and conditions.– Monitor the insurance carriers for timely issuance of policies, endorsements, establishing coverage, and delivery of binders to the County prior to the expiration of the current guidelines.– Assist the County in determining the future insurance coverage needs, including a cost/benefits analysis. Develop and plan cost–effective long–range health insurance strategies.– Provide the County with preliminary renewal figures and premium costs by December 15th of each year.– Review the employee benefits package for quality of benefits, cost–effectiveness, competitiveness, and plan administration annually(2) All questions must be submitted no later than November 16, 2026.
