(1) Vendor needs to provide public safety website design, develop and native mobile application suite service.• Vendor to design, develop, and deliver a custom public–safety application suite consisting of a responsive website, native iOS application, native Android application,supporting REST API, and secure–hosted backend.• The solution must expand upon current limited website functionality and provide modern citizen engagement tools (tips, inmate search, alerts, sex–offender mapping,and related features).– The successful vendor shall deliver a complete, production–ready application suite that includes the following components:• Responsive public–facing website (Progressive Web App capable)• Native iOS application written in Swift and published to the Apple App Store• Native Android application written in Kotlin and published to Google Play• Secure REST AP| backend written in C# / .NET• Azure SQL Database and Azure Blob Storage; or comparable secure–hosted alternatives may be considered by the agency• Backend / API– Must be developed in C# using the .NET platform (ASP.NET Core preferred).– Authentication and authorization using industry–standard practices (JWT or similar).• Web Frontend– Must be developed in Angular (current stable version).– Fully responsive and Progressive Web App (PWA) capable.• Native Mobile Applications– iOS application must be written in Swift (native – not cross–platform frameworks).– Android application must be written in Kotlin (native – not cross–platform frameworks).
