(1) Vendor needs to provide headquarters wayfinding and signage design services.– Provides clear and consistent directional information for members, employees, visitors, vendors, and the general public.– Establishes a cohesive campus signage system and visual identity– Clearly identifies major destinations, buildings, departments, parking areas, entrances, and other key facilities.– Project Kickoff and coordination:– Review project goals, objectives, expectations, and available background information.– Review existing campus conditions and signage systems.– Existing conditions assessment:– Evaluation of existing sign locations, visibility, condition, consistency, and effectiveness.– Identification of areas where additional signage is needed.– Wayfinding planning:– Primary campus entry points.– Major vehicular routes.– Parking areas and visitor parking locations.– Major buildings and destinations.– Signage design:– Vehicular directional signs.– Building identification signs.– Department and facility identification signs.– Pedestrian wayfinding signs.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 19, 2026.(3) Pre–bid meeting will be held on October 13, 2026.
