(1) Vendor needs to provide managed snow removal services for the drives, parking areas, customer areas, and sidewalks located on the solid waste campus to the government authority located in Rochester, MN.– During continuous snowfall events, maintain clear surfaces of customer traffic areas during facility open hour.– Sand and de–ice sidewalks, as needed with de–icing agents.– All fire hydrants shall be cleared and made accessible.– Snow shall be cleared in front of loading docks and garage entrances.(2) All question must be submitted no later than October 16, 2026.
