Vendor needs to provide building automation system replacement to the government authority located in Covington, KY. – To replace the existing obsolete agency control system with a modern agency–based control system capable of providing enhanced equipment control, energy management, alarming, scheduling, trending, remote monitoring, and graphical system visualization.– Provide a complete turnkey installation including all components and services necessary to furnish for a fully operational system. – Remove and replace all controllers. – Remove and replace all wall modules. – Remove old agency Controller and replace with new controller equipped with needed IO Modules. – Replace hot water valve. – Replace 2 Freeze stat safeties. – Replace all temp sensors. – Replace Static Pressure sensor. – Replace building pressure sensor.
