(1) Vendor needs to provide bank depository services to the government authority located in Rockport, TX.– Bank depository contract will include county public monies, including all funds collected by the county treasurer, tax–assessor collector, sheriff, and jail commissary, and all other such accounts opened using the county tax id number, as well as registry and special funds.– Safekeeping and securities clearance.– Stop payments.– Collateral adequacy.– Provide an on–line PC communication link to the County for daily reporting of fund balances, managing controlled disbursements, collected and ledger balances, stop payment requests, confirmations, and detailed debits and credits.– Monthly bank statements.– Payroll direct deposit.– ACH transactions.– Wire transfers.– Interest rates.– Disbursement services.– Digital deposit services.– Cash overdrafts.– Security safekeeping.(2) The contract period will be for four years.
