PM-23814 - USA (Tucson, Arizona) - Printing, Bindery, Die Cut, and Mail Services - Deadline September 23,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide printing, bindery, die cut, and mail services to the government authority located in Tucson, AZ. – Provide four–color printing, bindery services, die cutting, and mailing services for county.– Print shop prior to preparing any quotation or initiating production for any printing project requested by a county department.– Provide a copy of all quotations.– Provide artwork primarily utilizing adobe InDesign.– Maintain the capability to open, process, and produce files created using adobe InDesign, Microsoft publisher, adobe illustrator, adobe photoshop, Microsoft word, and other commonly used graphic design and document formats.– Prepare and provide final artwork to the contractor.– Artwork may be submitted by electronic media, email, or secure File Transfer Protocol (FTP) upload to the contractor’s designated.– Provide the contractor with a hard copy and digital copy of the approved artwork design to serve as a visual reference for proofing and production accuracy.– Responsible for retrieving artwork from the county location at no additional cost to the county.(2) The contract period will be for one year. (3) Pre–bid meeting will be held on September 9, 2026. (4) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 16, 2026.
