(1) Vendor needs to provide hall veterans home new construction and renovations service to the government authority located in Baltimore, MD.– A/E shall be a professional firm/company with at least 10 years of continuous experience providing services to deliver veteran home or senior living home projects in the United States in all phases of project planning, programming, design, and delivery of the completed project– A/E must satisfy the minimum qualifications as defined in this document in the following categories:• Facilities Programming, Part 1 and 2 for veterans homes• Existing Building Assessment• Geotechnical Investigation and Engineering• Environmental Investigation and Engineering• Construction/Project Cost Estimates Worksheet (CEW)(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 19, 2026 (4) Pre–bid meeting will be held on August 14, 2026
